台北松菸文創大樓BOT案爭議多時，誠品副董事長吳旻潔今天親上火線回應最新發展。
吳旻潔表示，誠品有意願買下原租用的台北文創大樓旅館和商場產權，並繳交年營業額千分之五的權利金，若以誠品松菸店年營收約新台幣十二億元的基礎計算，預估可年繳六○○萬元給台北市政府，誠品旅館也擬以六成住房率、甚至更高，為基礎繳交權利金。
但誠品與台北文創也還有爭議未解，吳旻潔指出，台北文創還積欠資產項目費用五點一億元與營運金三千萬元，共五點四億元，「希望台北文創能履行合約。」
至於台北文創認為誠品行旅經營不佳，吳旻潔叫屈表示，誠品行旅去年十二月拿到執照，今年三月才辦開幕發表會，平均房間單價約八千多元，有七十%來自國際的旅客，代表成效逐漸發酵，可吸引全球的觀光旅客，希望透過時間行銷後，把表演、藝文都融入進來，目前還在暖身期，就說營運不好，不可以這麼快判定。
