誠品今天表態,有意願買回松菸文創商場與旅館產權,並願意以千分之五的比例繳交權利金給市府;若以年營收新台幣十二億元計算,約年繳六百萬元,且住房率會保證六成。

台北松菸文創大樓BOT案爭議多時,誠品副董事長吳旻潔今天親上火線回應最新發展。

吳旻潔表示,誠品有意願買下原租用的台北文創大樓旅館和商場產權,並繳交年營業額千分之五的權利金,若以誠品松菸店年營收約新台幣十二億元的基礎計算,預估可年繳六○○萬元給台北市政府,誠品旅館也擬以六成住房率、甚至更高,為基礎繳交權利金。

但誠品與台北文創也還有爭議未解,吳旻潔指出,台北文創還積欠資產項目費用五點一億元與營運金三千萬元,共五點四億元,「希望台北文創能履行合約。」

至於台北文創認為誠品行旅經營不佳,吳旻潔叫屈表示,誠品行旅去年十二月拿到執照,今年三月才辦開幕發表會,平均房間單價約八千多元,有七十%來自國際的旅客,代表成效逐漸發酵,可吸引全球的觀光旅客,希望透過時間行銷後,把表演、藝文都融入進來,目前還在暖身期,就說營運不好,不可以這麼快判定。
