台北市日前公布要收回救國團劍潭海外青年活動中心所在土地，預計與周邊士林紙廠、小西街等地段，一起作為士林再生計畫中的「再生潛力區」。市長柯文哲今（19）日回答媒體聯訪提問時表示，會在1年前告知要救國團搬離的時間，至於救國團有沒有機會融入開發計畫，又或者直接離開該地段？柯則說還要再溝通。

救國團何時還劍青土地？柯P：要搬離前1年會告知

柯文哲表示，救國團本月13日有來拜訪過市府表達想法，北市府要推出一個士林再生計劃，柯市府已經跟救國團保證過，不會要他馬上搬家，因為要顧及救國團可能要辦活動，會在1年前跟他們講要搬離的時間，只不過現在市府有個計畫得要先公布，至於將來救國團有沒有機會融入，計畫展開前要再溝通。

至於救國團從前台北市長馬英九開始，便承攬北市12個運動中心中的6個經營權，數量達一半，10年來在6處運動中心累積營收超過23億元，遭外界質疑壟斷、與民爭利。對此救國團則表示，下午將有進一步說明。而柯文哲今日表示，救國團因為不用課稅，所以在招標時比一般的民營公司有競爭力，至於為什麼不用課稅？柯文哲表示，要去問立法委員，而非他。
